The long awaited project to support the extension of the Boat Shed is here.

The Boat Shed Extension will power the future of Scotch Rowing with high-performance facilities for generations of Scotch oarsmen - past, present and future; to build facilities that match their commitment to the programme, the school and their community.

Rowing numbers have increased at Scotch from about 20 rowers when the Boat Shed was first built in 1914, to about 60 rowers when the first extension was undertaken in 1976.  With 170 rowers today we are putting greater pressure on the Boat Shed facility and rowing equipment.

Help us make sure all boys for the next 50 years or more have an opportunity to participate and grow their rowing and team leadership skills.

There are several ways for you to support the Boat Shed Extension.

In Kind Support

If you can provide in kind support through equipment, supplies or services for the construction phase of the project please email Andree McIntyre to express your interest.

Financial Support

The Headmaster has agreed for the School to match all donations received from 10th of November until we reach our target! This generous offer will help us reach our goal sooner.

Our project will benefit from your support, all donations make a difference.

2. Everyone can Join the Crew!

Let's get the Boat Shed Extension completed. We need final funding for your Boat Shed Extension to commence. If 300 of our amazing Scotch Rowing community give $1,000 or $5,000 we're there.

$5,000 First to Finish - Help leap us toward the finishing line of this essential project for all the Scotch Rowing community.

$1,000 Crew Member - Support the extension as part of this giving circle and together we can achieve this.

Recent Graduates - Get your year group together and make up a Crew Member support level.

How to Give

Simply complete the online donation form by 30 December to make a vital contribution to this project.

"Everyone can join this giving circle – parents, grandparents, families, rowers and Old Scotch Collegians. Your support will be acknowledged on our donor board in the Boat Shed, on the website and you will receive a Scotch Rowing Cap."
